In 1966 richtte haar vader IBS B\u00fcrosysteme Karl Isfort GmbH &amp; Co.KG op in M\u00fcnster, Duitsland, zijn eerste handelsonderneming in kantoorbenodigdheden. Inmiddels is dit uitgegroeid tot een groep bedrijven die actief is in heel Duitsland, met bijna 200 medewerkers op zes locaties en een uitgebreid aanbod voor de kantoororganisatie van B2B-klanten.  <br><br>Waar mogelijk brengt ISFORT de spreekwoordelijke klantnabijheid in de praktijk. Op het hoofdkantoor in M\u00fcnster worden de bestelde kantoorbenodigdheden binnen een straal van 50 kilometer niet geleverd door klassieke pakketdiensten, maar per bakfiets en volledig elektrische sprinter. <br><br><strong>Meer tijd voor klantcontacten dankzij AutoStore<\/strong><br><br>Persoonlijk klantcontact vraagt bovenal tijd. De zoektocht naar tijdsbronnen die aangeboord konden worden, leidde Daniela Isfort naar de interne logistieke processen van het bedrijf. In de logistieke centra van ISFORT liggen meer dan 15.000 artikelen klaar op een totale oppervlakte van 8.000 m2, die binnen 24 uur door heel Duitsland en Europa geleverd kunnen worden. In het verleden verliep het orderpicken van bestelde goederen volgens klassieke processen; het handmatig uitnemen van individuele artikelen uit traditionele opslagbakken nam relatief veel tijd in beslag door de lange loopafstanden.
