In recent years, Gert Bossink has led the integration of AM, Lalesse and Reesink Logistic Solutions into one cohesive organization. During this period, the company has further strengthened its solution portfolio, building on its long-standing experience with AutoStore, as well as stacker crane, conveyor and retrofit solutions.
Since 2022 this portfolio has been expanded with products from Movu and Geek+, supported by its in-house developed software platform. This integration laid the foundation for Syncore, bringing together engineering, software, project realization and service into a single, unified proposition.

Machiel van den Hazelkamp, currently CCO/COO of Syncore, has been closely involved in the company’s commercial and operational development. He has played a key role in aligning sales, engineering and delivery, and in shaping the organization’s customer-focused, end-to-end approach.
