Marketing within Syncore
The Marketing team plays a key role in increasing brand awareness and acting as a warm lead generation engine for our sales organization. Based on an annual strategic marketing plan, all activities are fully aligned with the company’s overall strategy. The team is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and budgeting of the complete marketing plan across Europe.
About the role
As Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in building and scaling the Syncore brand across Europe and work closely with the commercial leadership team across Europe.
Following the recent introduction of Syncore as a unified brand, you will shape and drive the marketing strategy to strengthen our market position and accelerate growth.
Based in Offenau, you will lead and connect an international marketing team across Europe and act as a strategic partner to the CEO.
The team consists of two Marketeers and two Marketing Specialists located in the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. You act as a true player-coach: setting the strategy while actively contributing to execution, with a hands-on mindset.
Your key responsibilities include
- Defining and driving the European marketing strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions;
- Building and strengthening the Syncore brand across Europe, including employer branding;
- Ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand identity across all channels, with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Leading and developing the European marketing team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and performance;
- Acting as a strategic partner to sales, driving qualified lead generation and supporting commercial success;
- Translating strategy into scalable marketing programs and campaigns that drive visibility and demand;
- Developing and managing channel strategies across digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, website, email);
- Managing the marketing mix, including events, trade fairs, webinars, and digital campaigns across Europe;
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality content (copy, visuals, video) aligned with brand and positioning;
- Managing external agencies and partners to drive performance in SEO, SEA, and marketing automation;
- Taking ownership of performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization of campaigns and budgets;
- Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on, player-coach approach in day-to-day execution.
Your profile
You are an all-round marketing professional with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for getting things done. You closely follow developments in (digital) marketing and communication and are able to translate new opportunities into concrete and effective marketing activities.
You work in a structured and accurate manner, have an eye for results, and feel comfortable operating in an international, project-driven B2B environment.
You are curious about both the people and the solutions behind our business. You can empathize with the daily realities of warehouse managers and supply chain leaders, while also taking the time to understand our technologies and solutions. By connecting these two perspectives, you ensure that Syncore’s marketing feels relevant, credible and grounded in real customer needs.
In addition, you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in strategic B2B marketing & communication processes, preferably in a project-oriented or technical/automation environment;
- Native-level German and excellent command of the English language;
- Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing tools and channels, including SEO, SEA, email marketing, targeting campaigns, CMS systems, social media, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub;
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong communication skills, creativity, affinity with technology, and a collaborative mindset.
