Kerstin brings over a decade of international experience in the intralogistics industry, operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people leadership. She joins Syncore from Körber Supply Chain, where she most recently served as Vice President R&D and Product Management, leading a global team of approximately 100 professionals across Europe and Asia. In this role, she was responsible for software (WCS), controls, and hardware development.
Prior to Körber, Kerstin spent four years at Swisslog in Switzerland, further strengthening her expertise in advanced intralogistics solutions.
In addition to her executive roles, Kerstin is actively involved in the industry as a board member of the Bundesvereinigung für Logistik (BVL) and as an advisory board member at BLG Logistics Group and Fraunhofer IML. She holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen and studied Business Engineering in Bremen.
Kerstin will play a key role in further strengthening Syncore’s technology strategy, with a continued focus on software-driven system integration and innovative solution design.
As part of this transition, Gert Bossink will gradually step down from his interim CTO role. He will continue contributing to selected strategic customer projects, including complex automation and system integration initiatives, while also supporting strategic advisory activities
