As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development and continuous improvement of Syncore’s Warehouse Control System (WCS). You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, translating complex logistics challenges into robust, scalable and user-friendly software solutions. Together with colleagues, customers and technology partners, you will contribute to the next generation of automated warehouse solutions.
In the role of Senior Full Stack Developer, you will report to the Manager Software, and your base location will be our office in Duiven.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies;
- Take ownership of software architecture, technical design and solution development;
- Develop and optimize software for warehouse control and material flow systems;
- Collaborate closely with project managers, service engineers and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Review code, promote best practices and contribute to software quality and maintainability;
- Participate in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and performance optimization;
- Support the continuous improvement of development processes, tools and standards;
- Contribute to DevOps activities, CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes;
- Mentor and support less experienced developers where appropriate;
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for project implementation and technical support.
Competences & Qualifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience;
- Strong experience with C# and .NET application development;
- Strong experience with React or similar front-end frameworks;
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database design;
- Experience with Git-based source control and DevOps practices;
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations and distributed applications;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Willing to travel and have a valid Category B driving licence driving license.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with warehouse automation, logistics software or industrial control systems;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps;
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and modern software architecture principles.
