As a Software Developer, you work on creating the best solutions for our automated storage systems for our customers. You do not do this alone but together with the team and the client, you determine the best approach to tackle the logistical challenge. This takes place internationally, where on-call services (24/7) are applicable. You are responsible for accurate administration and feedback to the customer.
In the role of Software Developer, you will report to the Manager Software, and your base location will be our office in Duiven.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- You design, develop and optimize software for material flow and warehouse management systems;
- You carry out tests, commissioning and troubleshooting;
- You manage projects, including planning and coordinating multiple projects;
- You communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- You document technical solutions and transfer knowledge within the team;
- You travel to visit customers.
Personal qualities and competences
- You have completed a degree in computer science or have trained as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development;
- You have knowledge and experience with: .NET, DevOps, GIT, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server;
- You have several years of professional experience;
- You have good communication skills in Dutch and English;
- You are a team player, but you can also work independently and in a structured manner;
- You are technology and IT savvy, willing to travel and have a class B driving license.
