Customers: When we do business with our (corporate) customers (business-to-business), the personal data we collect is data relating to our customers and their representatives/contact persons, such as an email address, business phone number, and work address of a representative. This privacy policy does not apply to company information if no personal data of individuals can be derived from this company information.

This website is operated and controlled by syncore B.V., based in Duiven, depending on where you live and which of our services you use (hereinafter referred to as “syncore,” “we,” or “us”).
If you have used our services (e.g., purchased our products) outside of this website, the Royal Reesink company responsible for the use of your personal data depends on the Royal Reesink entity with which you have entered into a contract. Your contact details. Your name, postal address, and other contact details, such as your telephone number and email address, as well as any other contact details you provide to us.

Recording of video footage. When you enter a building or premises, you will be recorded by our video surveillance systems (CCTV). You may also be recorded on video at events or trade fairs that we attend and where we make video recordings.
Your profession and job title. This also includes information about the specific (sub)sector in which you work.
Your use of our services. We collect information about your use of our services, such as what purchases you make (either online or as part of a sales process), the amount and date of your purchase, the product or service you purchase, the location of the purchase, the payment method, etc.
Your communication data. Your inquiries, any complaints, and all other data we receive when we communicate with you by email or online.
All other personal data. This includes all personal data that you voluntarily provide to us or that we request from you in the context of your contractual relationship with us.

syncore collects and uses your personal data for the purposes listed below and on a lawful basis. Please note that if we already have information about you, we may use that information for the same purposes.
To fulfill our agreement with you: To fulfill our obligations under the contracts concluded between you and us and to provide you with the information and services you have requested, including the administration and processing of your applications, inquiries, or complaints. This includes responding to your customer service inquiries, answering your questions, providing technical support, providing important information about the services you use, etc.
For our legitimate commercial interests: We may use your personal data (both on an aggregated and individual basis), such as your contact details and electronic identification data, to promote our products and services, to contact you for marketing purposes, or for other commercial purposes if you are already a customer. The parties responsible for data processing within the Royal Reesink Group. Your personal data will be shared between the responsible Royal Reesink companies, which may use your personal data for internal administrative purposes, management purposes, analytical purposes, and other business-related purposes as described in this privacy policy. Your personal data will only be used by Royal Reesink companies for marketing purposes if you have given your explicit consent to this. Service providers and processors. From time to time, we engage third-party service providers, including:
