HRM within Syncore
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining strategic HR business partnering with hands-on recruitment? We are looking for an ambitious and energetic HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our continued growth in Germany. In this broad and dynamic role, you will partner closely with managers, attract top talent, support employees throughout their career journey and contribute to building a professional, engaged and high-performing organization.
As HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as the trusted HR advisor for managers and employees across our German organization. This position is initially offered as a one-year employment contract. Subject to business needs and mutual satisfaction, there may be opportunities for extension beyond this period.
You will play a key role in attracting talent, supporting managers on people-related challenges and helping employees perform, develop and grow. During the coming period, recruitment will be a major focus area as we continue to strengthen and expand our German operations.
In this highly visible role that combines recruitment, HR advisory, employee relations, organizational development and change support, you will report directly to the HRM Manager of Syncore and collaborate closely with local management, employees and HR colleagues throughout Europe. Your base location will be our office in Offenau.
Key responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Recruitment will be one of your primary focus areas. You will:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from vacancy intake through successful onboarding;
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing requirements;
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for technical, engineering, project and service-related positions;
- Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns;
- Proactively source candidates through social recruiting, networking and direct search activities;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Conduct interviews and support the complete selection process;
- Coordinate external recruitment agencies and executive search partners;
- Strengthen employer branding activities within the German market;
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey;
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
HR Business Partnering
You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will:
- Advise managers on employee relations and performance management topics;
- Coach leaders on people management and leadership practices;
- Support organizational development and team effectiveness initiatives;
- Facilitate performance reviews and development discussions;
- Assist with workforce planning and organizational design;
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture;
- Support managers through organizational changes and growth initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle Management
You will support employees throughout their entire employment journey. You will:
- Prepare employment agreements, amendments and HR documentation;
- Coordinate onboarding and successful integration of new employees;
- Support probation reviews and contract management processes;
- Guide absence management and return-to-work activities;
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files;
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures;
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
HR Projects & Organizational Development
You will actively contribute to the further development of our HR organization. You will:
- Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives and projects;
- Contribute to talent management and succession planning activities;
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives;
- Support harmonization of HR processes across our European operations;
- Participate in organizational development and culture programs;
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.
Employment Law & Compliance
You will help ensure that our HR practices remain compliant and professional. You will:
- Ensure compliance with German employment legislation;
- Monitor developments in labour law and HR regulations;
- Advise managers on employment law-related topics;
- Work with external legal advisors when required;
- Maintain high standards of HR governance and documentation.

- Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field;
Additional HR qualifications or certifications are considered an advantage.
Required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience;
- Proven success in recruitment and talent acquisition;
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, project management or service-related professionals;
- Experience advising managers on HR and people matters;
- Strong knowledge of German employment law;
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Preferred
- Experience in intralogistics, automation, engineering, industrial technology, manufacturing or technical services;
- Experience supporting field service or project-based organizations;
- Experience in an international business environment;
- Experience with organizational development and change management initiatives;
- Experience with HR administration and payroll-related processes is considered a strong advantage.
