Product & Portfolio Management within Syncore

As Senior Product & Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of strategic technology portfolios, starting with our Pallet Handling solutions, while helping to shape additional areas such as AutoStore, Robotics and Warehouse Software.

Working directly within the CTO organization, you will drive product strategy, portfolio development, customer value and innovation. You will collaborate closely with customers, technology partners, Sales, Engineering and Management while establishing Product Management as a key capability within Syncore.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategies, roadmaps and value propositions for selected technology portfolios;
  • Own and develop Syncore’s Pallet Handling portfolio and contribute to the evolution of additional product areas;
  • Act as the voice of the customer and translate market needs into business opportunities and product initiative;
  • Create portfolio transparency regarding strategic relevance, market potential, lifecycle and business value;
  • Support strategic sales opportunities, customer workshops and solution positioning;
  • Drive standardization and scalable solution concepts across the portfolio;
  • Build / maintain strong relationships with technology suppliers and strategic partners;
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation, new services and portfolio growth;
  • Contribute to the development of Syncore’s Product Management organization.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Business Development or a comparable strategic technology role;
  • Experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, robotics, industrial automation or a closely related industry;
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps and business cases;
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio management principles;
  • A strong commercial mindset combined with technical credibility and customer focus;
  • Experience working with technology suppliers, OEM partners and multidisciplinary engineering teams;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures;
  • An entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, with the ability to build structures while remaining actively involved in daily operations;
  • Fluency in English;
  • German language skills are strongly preferred, while Dutch is considered an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel internationally within Europe.
